We specialize in composing original music for film and visual media, creating scores that are thoughtfully crafted to enhance storytelling, emotion, and atmosphere. Our approach to film scoring focuses on aligning music with narrative structure—shaping sound around character, pacing, and visual tone to create a cohesive and immersive experience.
Our work spans a variety of styles and moods, with an emphasis on collaboration. We enjoy working closely with filmmakers, creatives, and other musicians to develop music that not only supports a project but elevates it. Whether subtle and atmospheric or expressive and thematic, each composition is designed with intention and sensitivity to the story it accompanies.
A key project in our portfolio is The Chocolate Soundtrack, an original score collection that reflects our passion for cinematic composition. This project brought together a group of talented collaborators, including vocalist Micah Manetta, violinist Zoe Gagliardi, banjo player Joe McCarthy, and bassists Zach Koelemeyer and Kevin Swift. The result is a diverse and emotionally driven body of work that highlights our range as composers.
One piece from the project, Boreas, is featured in Reflections, an independent short film. The film follows an unnamed protagonist navigating a mysterious, dreamlike world shaped by memories and introspection. Our score plays a key role in supporting the film’s emotional arc and enhancing its visual storytelling.
We continue to build our scoring portfolio with a focus on original compositions for independent films and creative projects, always aiming to create music that resonates deeply and brings stories to life.
Below are a few film pieces that have deeply inspired me. For each, I have created my own reinterpretation or original score, drawing upon those influences to shape my voice in composition, arrangement, and thematic development.
This project reflects a collaborative effort with composer Mason Donovan, conceived from the ground up with thematic film scoring as its foundation. It illustrates our approach to narrative development, emotional pacing, and sonic texture within a cinematic context.
Below are two projects in which I composed musical and guitar parts— work that demonstrates my compositional voice, arrangement skills, and creative approach to texture, harmony, and thematic development.
